Availability Confirmation

We're checking that your selected vehicle is available for your requested dates. You'll receive confirmation within two hours during business days.

Booking Documentation

Once availability is confirmed, we'll email you the rental agreement and payment instructions. Please review the terms carefully.

Collection Arrangements

After payment is processed, we'll coordinate collection details. You can collect from our Marylebone location or arrange delivery within Central London.

Important Information

Required Documents

When collecting your vehicle, please bring:

  • Valid driving licence (held for minimum 3 years)
  • Credit card for security deposit
  • Proof of address dated within 3 months
  • Booking confirmation email

Security Deposit

A refundable deposit of £500 will be authorised on your credit card at collection. This is released within 5-7 business days after vehicle return, subject to inspection.
